Took several visits to get the engine light problem fixed. Ordered part , went in for repair, they forgot to order gasket. Got gasket but it was torn so ordered another gasket went back for repairs. I believe I made 3-4 appointments and had a total of6-7 hours in the lobby area waiting for repair.

I was disappointed this time because the mechanic for to plug something back in and when I got home and shut car off a fan kept running. I had to drive all the way back in to have the message reset also.

Brought vehicle in for a check engine light on - thought they were repairing it. It spent two days there and its actually worse with the reflash of the ECU and they also forgot the trans service I requested. Now I am 100 miles from home and in limp mode!

Service was prompt and completed in a timely manner. The Service department did a fantastic job.

Clint and the mechanics in the service dept are amazing, everytime I need something repaired that I’m unable to do myself or not confident enough to tackle myself Hawkins is always there for me.
