I looked and 4 dealerships and everyone said they didn’t have anything. Caden at Hawkins Chevrolet was the first to offer to try and find what I wanted. He made everything so easy to do. Gave straight forward answers and even followed up after we had the new vehicle for a couple days. It was totally worth the 2 hour drive to get what we were looking for!

Kayden did a great job in helping me before I drove in from Iowa to look at car. Nice people and helpful. Only issue was I had to wait about 45 minutes before they could process my paperwork. My paperwork only took about 5 minutes.

Clint took care of getting my service time reserved at the time I requested, checked me in when I arrived and called me when my vehicle was ready for picked. Was within about 10 minutes of when he told me it should be ready. Clint is always very polite and accommodating.
Bought a 2023 Denali yukon. Everything was pretty good with them, but the little things kinda fell short. Oil Life on this truck was at "24% remaining", no second key fob, console had frappaccino foam and coffee spills in the cup holder area and down side of glove box, vehicle wasn't washed when I picked it up, "add washer fluid' warning was on the dash, and the tire pressure on the right front was at 29psi.

Tom was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles we were considering. He answered all of our questions, especially when we were indecisive as to which vehicle we wanted. The only thing we wished we would have known at the time of purchase was that our SUV only had one keyfob. We would have requested a second keyfob as part of our deal.
First dropped off our car before any damages, then called us updates. Check Electronic warning and fixed it.

Troy was great. However my window has 2 chips - noticed it less than 24 hours after buying- gas tank was empty and I now need to get an oil change with in a month of purchase. I get it is used still spent 30,000 ish total so disappointed in service part.

These guys will lie and rip you off with oil changes. They knew what the car was coming in. After it was there is was apparently a huge surprise juggle trying to come up with oil. Brand new 2025 car taking 4.5 quarts of oil cost over $150. That would be embarrassing to hand to a customer. Won't be back.

I was assured the vehicle I was considering had been thoroughly inspected by their shop. As I looked more closely, the rear brakes were not working at all and the rotors were rusting off the axles. The dealer was nice enough, but make sure you get your own inspection.

I brought my car in to get an estimate to see what it would cost to fix my car. They charged me for an estimate, but did not give me one. I left very upset and not knowing what it was gonna cost to fix my car. They told me I had to spend another three to $400 For them to tell me although I was quoted one price and they turn around and say another price very dishonest
