As a family-owned dealership of 50+ years, Hawkins Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Collision Repair Technician. Prefer ASE certification or willingness to qualify. GM Training and certifications preferred, but there is opportunity to become certified on the job. Interested candidates please apply!
• Perform quality auto body repairs according to guidelines/plans.
• Document and complete repair order (RO) paperwork and other applicable paperwork.
• Ability to organize a plan for the repair presented, for the highest efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble vehicles as necessary.
• Communicate the status of repairs, directly with body shop manager.
• Adherence to the safety standards of the company.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Completion of a vocational program or valid education (preferred).
• Body shop experience required.
• Valid drivers license.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and/or lift/move up to 75 lbs. throughout the workday.
Salary: $37,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
